Shougakukan is the original publisher of the manga. They mention Kaze and other Takemiya Keiko works in both their English and Japanese pages.

They publish the Kaze manga under their Bunko line (specializes in classic titles). This page is entirely in Japanese.

Book Mart - NEW 10/00
You can purchase secondhand manga and artbooks at this shop. The prices aren't too bad (yet...), and I myself order from them from time to time. They list a lot of Takemiya's works, though some are periodically out of stock.
